Data Scientist

We are looking for a Data Scientist who will work jointly with our developer team to do the predictive algorithm design on IOT Big Data basis. It will also support our sales, product and marketing teams with information obtained through the analysis of company data. The ideal candidate is able to use large sets of data to find process and product optimization opportunities using models to test the effectiveness of different modes of action. They must have solid experience in the use of various methods of data mining and data analysis, using a variety of data tools, developing and implementing models, using / creating algorithms, and creating / running simulations. They must have a proven ability to generate business results with their knowledge based on the data. They must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams. The right candidate will have the passion to discover hidden solutions in large data sets and work with stakeholders to improve business results.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to datasets.
  • Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, cost optimization, revenue generation and other business outcomes.
  • Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities to leverage corporate data to generate business solutions.
  • Extract and analyze data from company databases to optimize and improve product development.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data collection techniques.

Position Requirements :

  • Experience in using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and learn from large data sets.

  • Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real advantages / disadvantages.
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, distribution properties, statistical tests and appropriate use, etc.) and application experience.

  • We are looking for someone with 5 to 7 years experience in the manipulation of datasets and the construction of statistical models, with a master’s degree or doctorate in statistics, mathematics, computer science or other quantitative field, who is proficient in software / following tools:

UI / UX designer

We are looking for a UI / UX designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our customers.
The responsibilities of UI / UX Designer include collecting user requirements, designing graphics, and creating navigation components. To succeed in this role, you must have experience with design software and wired tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes working with web / mobile applications, we’d love to meet you.

Quality assurance (QA) engineer

We are looking for a quality assurance (QA) engineer to develop and run exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality.
The responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Engineer include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and follow quality assurance measures.
The role of QA technician plays an important role in the product development process of our company. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests and implementing a series of automated tests prior to product launch to ensure that the software is working well and meeting customer needs while being cost effective. If you have engineering background and like to provide end-to-end solutions to software quality issues, we’d love to meet you.

Business Solutions Consultant - Finance

In order to continue our growth, we are looking for a Business Solutions Consultant (ERP, more precisely Microsoft Dynamics NAV).

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Business Solutions Consultant analyzes the functional requirements for the implementation of ERP solutions (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) at external clients. In collaboration with internal resources (programmers and technicians), he advises clients and designs IT solutions that meet their needs based on business solutions sold. In addition, it ensures that projects assigned to it are completed on time and within budget and specifications.

Tasks and responsibilities :

  • Participate in on-site analysis;
  • Develop, with the assistance of the project manager, the project charter and the planning charter according to the strategy and objectives of the project;
  • Write project documentation (analysis);
